Description

The south-facing hut with a view of the mountains is located on our adventure farm right on the edge of the forest in the beautiful Rupertiwinkel district of Traunstein. It has 60 square metres and can accommodate up to seven overnight guests and an additional three in the neighbouring hut. It was built using only ecological materials from a 250-year-old troad box (granary). The electrical cables are shielded and the sleeping area has an off-grid system. The hut is suitable for allergy sufferers. Deckchairs and barbecue are available and there is a large playground for our younger guests. Mega slide, trampoline, swings, children's vehicles - everything is there. An extra is the free hire of high-quality electric bikes and children's bikes, snowshoes, walking sticks and hiking rucksacks. Nearby is the Leitgeringer natural swimming lake, where you have free entry. Winter in the Bio-Almhütte is cosy and romantic. A wood-burning stove and central heating ensure that it's cosy and warm in the hut despite the cold outside. We provide the wood free of charge.
In summer, the built-in air conditioning ensures pleasant temperatures. The surrounding area invites you to take beautiful winter walks and in less than an hour you can be in the mountains for skiing or hiking. People like to move closer together and feel at home. It smells of wood and nature. The small kitchen is modelled on how it used to be. It is fully equipped with an oven, hob, coffee machine, fridge with freezer compartment and dishwasher. A cosy corner sofa bed with a rustic table, a massive bunk bed, a TV, radio/CD player, a guitar for the evening in the hut - this is the parlour with a wood-burning stove to heat up yourself. Is there anything more cosy? In the sleeping chamber under the roof there is a large double bed and a single bed made of Swiss stone pine with exclusive Metzeler health mattresses. It is built with untreated Swiss stone pine wood from our local mountains. It has been scientifically proven that you can save up to 3500 heartbeats or one hour of sleep per night with Swiss stone pine wood. Bed linen and blankets are provided as well as plenty of reading material. There is also a hot water bottle and a room safe. Towels, bathrobes and a hairdryer - everything is provided in the bathroom with shower and WC. There is also a second WC. Pure wellness - that's what the old wood sauna cabin in your alpine hut is for. There is plenty to discover on the large adventure farm around the organic alpine hut. There are plenty of cosy spots for adults to relax. For example, you can enjoy the evening sun with a good book in the large tree-house. The children are fully occupied: with slides, seesaws, trampoline jumping, climbing into the tree house or with the many children's vehicles, there is certainly never a dull moment. Every Saturday we play, sing and do handicrafts with the children in our rustic children's hut - just like in the old days. You can go for long walks in the neighbouring forest, enjoy the peace and quiet and really unwind. On our tree trail with wooden organ, forest ear, forest witches and insect hotel there are many interesting things to learn. We would like to show you and your children what grows here and who lives here. Once again, have open ears and eyes for nature. You are welcome to visit Sepp's organic farm with the sheep, help with the stable work, stroke the animals and enjoy the beautiful view from the Reschenhof. Please get in touch if you have any questions or need anything else.

Super Unterkunft.

Low-key obsessed with the chill vibes here, The cabin was decked out with everything needed for a fam getaway, Proximity to the natural bathing lake? Total win, Not to mention the free bike rentals - love that for us! 10/10 would recommend
