ABOUT THE SITE In 1985, when I was living in Canberra - Australia, I had to make several flights a year from Australia to Europe and back. In 1987, I was flying with an airline to Europe and the service was so bad, I wrote a letter to the airline company and received a letter back. They said to me: “We will see that it won’t happen any more in the future”. End of the story. That answer was the main reason to make sure that it won’t happen anymore and started this web site. In 1999, I started Alasta Travel Consultancy, a marketing company in all the aspects of travelling. In 2002, I started the TravelQuality.com website. Currently over 300 Frequent flyers are returning a special survey form to us, after each flight they have made. This information is the base of the TravelQuality.com website airline ratings and part of the TravelQuality.com Aviation Awards, which are presented yearly to the airline companies for the best service and quality achievements.
